Personal identity information does not need to be stored directly on the physical NFC card. Where applicable, the NFC identifier is used to locate the corresponding authorized identity record within ScanPro AI.

Vehicle Information

When License Plate Recognition (LPR) functionality is used, ScanPro AI may process:

  • Vehicle license plate numbers

  • Vehicle images

  • Vehicle registration information provided to the system

  • Entry and exit events

  • Associated security or access information

Attendance and Access Information

ScanPro AI may process operational records such as:

  • Entry and exit events

  • Attendance events

Location Information

ScanPro AI may request device location permission when location is required for an active operational function, such as recording the location of an authorized scan or security event.

The Android application is designed to use location while the relevant application function is actively being used.

ScanPro AI does not require background location access for its normal Android operation.

Account and Authentication Information

ScanPro AI may process:

Sensitive identity information does not need to be physically written to the NFC card for this process to operate.
